First class service from initial contact, to then seeing and driving the beautiful blue MX5 for the first time. All queries answered on the day and then some follow up Q’s. Arranging collection and the paperwork was so straightforward as Zach is a real pleasure to deal with and could not have done more. He even fixed a minor problem I asked him about - refunded the cost of replacing a part without hesitation, or hassle!
I’m not normally one to bother with surveys/reviews, but I cannot recommend Zach highly enough - a true Gentleman.

From my initial enquiry I received a prompt reply. The interaction was very friendly and genuine. It was relaxed and I wasn’t put under any kind of pressure to buy. The purchase went smoothly and a few days after I drove the car away I had a text message to check everything was ok. So overall it was a professional brilliant service; and I’m absolutely loving my new Z4.

I have just bought an Audi TTS from Zachary Luke cars and cannot recommend his professionalism and knowledge enough. The car was exactly as described in the advert and he was very quick in responding to my questions. I went to look at a BMW Z4 yesterday and although it didn't turn out to be the car for me - I can only recommend Zach and his approach to doing business! Buying off Zach was such a pleasure. He was very accommodating about organising a viewing and the car was exactly as described. He is the opposite of a pushy salesman and really wants you to buy the car if it’s right for you. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
